01Overview

Revori respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how copyright holders can report infringing content on Revori, and how we handle such reports under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and Article 17 of the EU Copyright Directive.

02User Responsibility

When you upload audio, video, or other content to Revori, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to use that content. This includes:

  • Original music you created or co-created
  • Music you have a valid license to use (e.g., sync license, mechanical license)
  • Royalty-free or Creative Commons content used within its license terms
  • Video clips you own or have licensed for use

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on others' copyrights. Revori does not verify the copyright status of uploaded content.

03Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe content on Revori infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent with the following information:

  1. Your full legal name and contact information (address, email, phone)
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
  3. Identification of the infringing material on Revori, with enough detail for us to locate it
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

Send takedown notices to: copyright@revori.app

04Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was done in error or that you have authorization to use the material, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your full legal name and contact information
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its former location
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district (or any judicial district if outside the US)
  5. Your physical or electronic signature

Send counter-notifications to: copyright@revori.app

05Repeat Infringer Policy

Revori will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We track valid takedown notices per account. Users who receive multiple valid notices will have their accounts suspended and ultimately deleted, at our sole discretion.

07Clip Library

The shared clip library included with Revori is fully licensed for use within the platform. Clips may be included in your exported videos for personal or commercial use. You do not need to file a separate license for clips used through Revori's built-in library. Individual clips may not be downloaded, extracted, or redistributed outside of Revori exports.
