What a credit buys.
Credits pay for the two things that cost us compute: listening to a song once, and rendering a file. Editing, previewing and saving never cost anything.
A 3-minute single costs 180 credits to analyse, then 50 per export. First video: 230 credits. On Starter that is about 13 new songs a month, or 60 exports of songs you already have.

What is free, exactly?
Everything except compute. Unlimited projects, the full editor, every preset, previews and saves. The Free plan carries 500 credits and 3 exports for life, so you can ship a real video before you pay anything.
How are credits spent?
1 credit per second of song to analyse it once (lyrics, beat grid, key), then 50 credits per 1080p export. Cover art, visualizers and canvases have their own flat prices, listed above. A failed render refunds itself.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits stay usable for 90 days from the day they are granted, so a quiet month is not lost. Credits from one-time packs never expire while your account is active.
Can I change or cancel?
Anytime, from Billing. Upgrades apply immediately and charge the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling keeps your plan until then.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days, in full, as long as you have not used a paid feature yet. Once you render or spend credits you have asked us to start delivering, and for EU consumers the withdrawal right is waived for that purchase. Packs refund while unused. Full detail on the refund page.
