Terms of Service

By accessing or using Revori (revori.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Revori
• If you are in the EU, you must be at least 16, or have verifiable parental consent
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You must not have been previously banned from the service

• One account per person — shared or resold accounts are not permitted
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Revori is a web-based platform for creating music-related visual content, including lyric videos, cover art, audio visualizers, Spotify Canvas loops, and lyric cards. The service includes AI-powered audio analysis (beat detection, transcription), a shared royalty-free clip library, browser-based preview, and server-side video rendering.

Subscription tiers

• Free — €0, 500 lifetime credits, 3 exports maximum
• Starter — €20/month, or €204/year (€17/month), 3,000 credits/month
• Creator — €40/month, or €396/year (€33/month), 7,000 credits/month
• Studio — €80/month, or €804/year (€67/month), 16,000 credits/month

All prices are in euro (EUR). Revori is not currently registered for VAT, so the price shown is the final price and no VAT is added at checkout.

Renewal and cancellation

• Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel
• Annual plans are charged as a single upfront payment covering twelve months
• You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep full access until then

Credits

• Subscription credits are granted each billing cycle and stay usable for 90 days from the date they are granted
• Credit packs are one-time purchases that never expire while your account is active
• Audio transcription: 1 credit per second of audio
• Standard video render (720p or 1080p): 50 credits. 4K render (Studio only): 100 credits
• Each export is a separate render and is charged separately, including exports of the same project in a different aspect ratio
• All editing, previewing, and saving is free (0 credits)
• The exact credit cost of any paid action is shown before you confirm it

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes do not apply to the current billing period.

• 500 lifetime credits (no monthly refresh)
• Maximum 3 video exports (lifetime hard cap)
• No personal footage uploads
• No brand kits
• Full access to the shared clip library, all editing features, and all style presets

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
• If you are a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on any paid purchase. It applies until you use a paid feature (a render, or credits for AI transcription or generation); at that point you have asked us to begin performance immediately and the right is waived for that purchase (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m))
• Within those 14 days, an unused subscription or an unused credit pack is fully refundable
• Cancelling mid-period does not produce a prorated refund for the remainder of that period
• Renewals are not automatically refundable — cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge
• Credits are automatically refunded to your balance for failed or cancelled render jobs
• For billing disputes, contact support@revori.app within 30 days

• You retain full ownership of content you upload (audio files, video clips)
• You grant Revori a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and render your content solely for the purpose of providing the service
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload and use all content
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law without prior notice
• You may export and download your rendered content for any lawful purpose

• The Revori name, logo, software, and service design are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the service
• You may use exported content (rendered videos, generated images) you create with Revori for any lawful purpose, including commercial use

• The shared clip library is licensed for use within Revori only
• Clips may be included in your exported videos for commercial or personal use
• You may not download, extract, or redistribute individual clips outside of Revori exports
• The library is provided "as-is" and may be updated, expanded, or modified at any time

• AI features (transcription, beat detection, cover art, visualizers) use third-party providers
• Accuracy of AI outputs is not guaranteed — always review results before publishing
• You retain rights to AI-generated content created using your inputs
• We do not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs
• AI-generated content may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI provider

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have rights to use (including copyrighted music without a license)
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent credit limits, tier restrictions, or rate limits
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to access the service without written permission
• Share account credentials or resell access to the service
• Upload malicious files (malware, viruses)
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or Revori staff

• You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice
• On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days (except billing records retained for legal compliance)
• Sections on intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and disputes survive termination

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, accuracy of AI-powered features, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for the content you create, upload, or distribute using Revori.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Revori's total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the total amount you paid to Revori in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revori, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the member state in which Revori is established. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

• Severability — if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect
• Entire agreement — these Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the complete agreement between you and Revori
• No waiver — our failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision
• Assignment — we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; you may not assign your rights
